We have been renting a studio apartment at Legacy Ridge for about 5 months and love it. It is exactly what we need. I get a text at least once a month making sure everything is in order. If there is a problem they are right on top of it, making sure it gets taken care of.

We have been living here since it opened, and it is such a great place! The apartments are so nice, spacious, and new, the managers are good to work with, and we love being able to have a dog. The pool is also a great bonus! The quality is worth the price.

I have been living here since it opened and I am very pleased. Quiet and comfortable. Great staff and even got a message to see how thing are going and if they could do anything for me.

A great place to live! Melanie and Shevelle are awesome and so is the rest of the staff. Legacy Ridge is by far the best choice in St. George!

I would be comfortable living here for years if the price doesn't jump a ton when my lease is up. The apartments are beautiful, I love all the windows in ther living room. The gym and pool are top notch and extra points for having a trash valet and covered parking. I love having my family over to grill in the backyard or renting out the GORGEOUS clubhouse with my friends to watch the fights.
